Aevenna
Early access · iPhone

Make today add up to the life you want.

Aevenna plans your time around the rhythm you already live — so daily choices quietly become long-term direction.

The gap

Most planners are great at today. None of them are about your next ten years.

You can check off a perfect day and still have no idea where it's all going. Aevenna connects the two — so the hours you spend now point somewhere you chose.

How it works

Your days have a rhythm. Now they have a plan.

  1. Start with the rhythm your life already has.

Sleep, meals, work hours, the standing things you do each week — the shape of your day, not chores to check off. They show you when you're actually free.

  2. Add what you're working toward.

A trip, a skill, a book you want to write. Aevenna breaks a big goal into smaller pieces, and those into real steps with a sense of how long each takes.

  3. Watch it land on real days.

Those steps drop into the open space around your rhythm. “Someday” gets a date; today gets a reason.

  4. When life moves, the plan moves with you.

Miss a step? Aevenna quietly reschedules and shows what it means for the bigger picture — gently, honestly, never with a red mark.

The morning glance

Open it once, and the day is already shaped.

The rhythm recedes into the background. The few things you chose stand out. “Now” is gently marked. That's the whole feeling — a day you can see at a glance.

When life moves

A planner that adjusts, so you never have to apologize to it.

When something doesn't happen, nothing is marked “overdue” or “failed” — those words don't exist here. Aevenna reschedules and tells the truth kindly. Then, at the end of the day, you take a calm moment to look back and adjust.

What it isn't

Calm on the surface. Thoughtful underneath.

Not a to-do list.

Lists pile up and never end. Aevenna gives every task a place in your actual day — so things get done in time, not just eventually.

Not a habit streak tracker.

No streaks to protect, no chains to break, no “you missed a day.” Your routines are just the rhythm of your life — they don't keep score.

Not a work tool.

Work shows up only as the hours it takes. The rest of the space is yours — for the life around the job, not just the job.

Not about doing more.

Aevenna isn't here to maximize your output. It helps you spend time on what you care about — and notice when you've taken on too much.

Not a coach in your pocket.

No pep talks, no streak-shaming, no nudges to “get back on track.” Just an honest, quiet picture of your time — and your own decisions about it.

Aevenna helps you think about your life — not about the app managing it.

Questions

A few honest answers.

Is my data private?
Yes. Aevenna is built local-first — your plans live on your device, and sync (when it's on) happens privately through your own iCloud account. We don't run a server that holds your life, and there are no ads, so there's nothing to harvest.
What does early access cost?
Joining the waitlist is free. We haven't locked pricing yet — but Aevenna will never be ad-supported, because ads are at odds with everything this product is for. Early-access members will hear about pricing first.
What platforms is it on?
Aevenna is being built for iPhone first. Other platforms may follow, but we're focused on getting the iOS experience right before we spread out.
How is this different from the planner or to-do app I already use?
Most apps are good at today and quiet about the years ahead. Aevenna connects the two: it builds your days around the rhythm you already live, lets your bigger goals break into real steps that land on real days, and adjusts calmly when life moves — no streaks, no guilt, no scoreboard.
Does it have streaks, badges, or reminders nagging me?
No. No streaks, no points, no badges — there's nothing to keep up. And notifications are off by default: Aevenna is there when you open it, never buzzing to pull you back.
What if I don't get to something I planned?
Nothing gets marked overdue or failed — those words don't exist here. When something doesn't happen, Aevenna simply reschedules it and shows you, gently and honestly, what it means for the bigger picture. Life moves; the plan moves with it.
When does it launch?
We're building Aevenna carefully rather than rushing a quick version out. We don't have a public launch date yet — joining the early-access list is the way to be among the first in, and we'll keep you posted as it gets closer.
Who is Aevenna for?
For people who think in weeks, months, and years and want their daily time to actually add up to that — and for anyone juggling a lot who wants a calmer, forgiving structure to lean on. If you mostly want a quick checklist and nothing more, this probably isn't your tool — and that's okay.
